Lovely relaxed afternoon at Bailey's wine bar. Gorgeous food and very reasonable. Looking forward to going again soon.
called to book table at 7.30, for 8.30, was told this was fine. However on arrival got told that the chef wanted to leave early and that we were brave to be booking our table at that time. Food seemed rushed as well as service. Felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Much rather have gone to Stable bar. Food wouldve been better as well as the the way we were treated
Went here with a friend of mine. She made a reservation at the restaurant and it was an absolute pleasure to dine here. I think it is on the best places in the area. Great and friendly staff, and a great of viarity in food choices. Also the wines they serve are quite nicely selected. Don't expect Michelin star wines here, but what they have is quite nice and covers all essentials of the world. I am looking forward to visit this place again!
Where do I start? This place was just fantastic. I opted for the Game Casserole, my friend had the belly pork. It was absolutely beautiful. The place was comfortable, the staff warm and welcoming. The wine selection was excellent and the location was ideally placed in the centre of the north town.Id go back again without hesitation. Really recommend this place to anyone.
This is a very special bar and bistro which is full of character and atmosphere, no matter whether you visit during the day or evening. The staff are very professional but also great fun. The food is beautifully prepared and presented. Thoroughly recommended.
