Visited mid afternoon on my birthday. Staff very friendly welcoming and helpful food good value and good quality. When they knew it was my birthday they went the extra mile highly recommend
Lovely pub, lovely views, great service. Persian Aubergine and Spicy Sausage dishes are winners! Only slightly disappointed with the inflexibility when it came to changing one topping on a pizza which cost us an extra fiver!
What a place! Awesome food. Wicked location which is right on the river. My wife and I canoed to the pub, left the canoe on the river bank and ate at the pub. The food is really good. My wife (an official German) said the chilli cheese hot dog was better than any she has had in Germany! Staff were helpful, kind, polite, considerate and genuinely concerned with the experience. Prices are just right and the pale ale was very nice. Thank you. I shall be revisiting soon.
