Good straight forward cafe, good food

Good food and friendly staff. Had cottage pie, veg & potatoes, hubby had butterfly cajun l, jacket potatoe & salad. Cash only (NB: can't spend a penny here ).

Quite a long wait for food but the breakfast was well worth it when it came. Best breakfast I've had in ages!!;

Been several times when visiting Bridgnorth. Our go to place, always beautiful home cooked food well prepared and nicely presented at sensible prices. Only drawback no lavatories, but still go there rather than anywhere else. Recommended. p.s. the home made steak pie with vegetables and gravy is excellent. Great choice of other meals on the menu and specials board.
