From arrival at 9:30pm on a Sunday night to mid day on Monday we received excellent professional advice delivered with great empathy. Although this led to us saying goodbye to our 4 month old kitten he could not have been in better hands. Farewell little Smidge and thank you Severn Edge Vetinary Hospital.
Absolutely disgusted to learn that one of your vets (Andrew Crane) participates in fox hunting. I would never take my cat to a vet who tortures and kills animals in his spare time.
The vets themselves all appear to have just left college. They are all lovely, but. The whole operation is money orientated. We have spent thousands with them over the years but they chase you for 7 pounds and add interest. Big business, and a captive audience.
