We dd work here for the national trust woodland forestry commission and woodland trust.
Great place to see local wildlife
Pleasant site bird hide in wooded area well appointed, good variety of woodland birds, did see red kite and buzzard soaring above, lots to do and see for children with bug hotels, a box for sand Martins lots of small pools for pond dipping (a little dry at the moment)
Discovered Eardington Nature Reserve and what a little treasure it is. In a few years, its got potential to be a great family site. Had fun wandering arou d with the kids and taking photos of the birds in the hide.
A large number of birds of several different species can be seen over here, especially eating from some bird feeders. I would like to have been able to release over here my well behaved dog from it's lead. I later found a longer walk just outside the reserve at which the dog can be released and tired of a little.
