The on shift manager was wonderful and super-hard working.. she tried to make up for one of her bar staff. A young woman with a terrible attitude, who was bad-mouthing customers who had been in and other who were in the restaurant at the time. That one needs serious retraining (or sacking) she made it very difficult to enjoy a peaceful meal. Food was good though! Such a shame. It's a beautiful building too.
We love Prezzo. However last night we decided to drop in on the off chance. It looked empty. We stood there for over 5 minutes before we got any attention. To be advised, if you haven't booked we are not accepting walk ins as we have a table of 9! The place was empty! We always support local restaurants and have previously given good reviews. One table of 9 does not equal a full restaurant. Lost our trade for sure. Felt very dissapointed to say the least.Hope this review gets escalated to head office!!!
Lovely setting and great food. Reasonably priced and very accomdating to our requests. Had a lovely meal and will eat here again.
Having really enjoyed several meals over the last few years my recent visit was very disappointing. I know it's a chain restaurant, but in the past the quality of service, fresh food and decent selection of drinks made it feel less ordinary. Everything seemed ordinary last week with an agonisingly long wait.
Gluten free. Great there was a separate menu for gluten free. Pasta not cooked well enough, too hard. Gluten free garlic bread had been microwaved to death. Rock hard. I ate it all because I was hungry and didn't trust what they might do to my food if I complained. I wouldn't go back.
