Very rarely write a review but the service I recently received from Gadsby's was exceptional, so I felt compelled to do so.I have a vintage watch which is special to me, whilst on my travels to Vietnam where I came across a handsome strap for it but strangely didn't have the holes to tighten the strap on the wrist. I had gone to many shops over a period of weeks but none could or would do the job. Being new to Bridgnorth I tried Gadsby's on the off chance, the lady there immediately stopped what she was doing took the watch out the back and then quickly came back where she meticulously readjusted the strap to ensure it fit my wrist perfectly. I was delighted to finally have this classic timepiece on my wrist looking up at me.I came away from Gadsbys thinking what excellent customer service. With this mentality businesses always tend to thrive through having a loyal client base that will come back again & again, I know I certainly will. Thanks!
Great advise and service from the team. Very friendly and helpful. They also had my wife's two white gold rings treated and posted back to us. I can't thank you enough and really pleased with the purchases too. Great Job guys.
