I was treated today in this hospital. The staff here were absolutely fantastic! I was a nurse in the Nhs for over 40 years, so I know the pressure the staff are under, these people were so kind and helpful to me during what was a very anxious process for me. I cannot speak too highly of their professionalism and empathy. The doctor who performed my procedure was excellent technically and communicated with me in a friendly, reassuring way. My time there was lovely. they looked after me very well. And the Meals were well cooked and very Taster. The nurses were good to you and very kind and very thoughtful towards you as well.
My first visit and everyone was absolutely wonderful, from receptionist to staff to clinic and consultant. Well done everybody.
Popped in as I desperately needed my cast replacing as was loose and falling apart. I was refused a replacement as it was put on in Worcester hospital not Bridgnorth (even though I live in Shropshire). Lady whom I spoke to was very unhelpful. What if I had it put on in Scotland whilst on holiday, would that mean I have to travel back to Scotland to get it replaced? Absolutely pathetic
I attend Bridgnorth Hospital for regular blood tests and physiotherapy..The staff are all amazing, very professional and kind and willing to help.The services offered are really appreciated and I feel as a Bridgnorth resident we are very lucky to have this great hospital in our little town!!Keep up the good work to all the lovely staff
