I ordered a window cushion on 03/08/18 and was told it would be ready for collection 09/08/18. We called on the 11/08 to ask about our order on to receive excuses and abuse and be told it now wouldn't be ready until 01/09/18, we agreed to wait and so I called on 03/09/18 and was told the material still hadn't been delivered and she would call me back that day, she didn't, I called again 05/09 to be told the material was being delivered that day and she would call me to confirm, again no call was received, so I made ANOTHER call on the 06/09 only to be told the material STILL hadn't been delivered and that it would be with her on the 07/09, at this point i'd had enough and said I would call by to collect my deposit only to be bombarded with abuse, referencing my deposit, where I live and how it's only a small order, and then she went on about how respected she is and how she was recently "given" and 250 tip, she ended by saying she'll call when it's ready, no date given, and hung up on me. It's not the delay I'm bothered about but the manner in which she spoke to my wife and I, I've never seen or heard anyone be so rude to a customer and would strongly advise everyone to stay clear of this highly unprofessional woman.
We dropped our chair into be recovered on the 16th March 2018. We left 100 deposit, Ms Kemp said the chair would be finished in two to three weeks. It is now the 29th May 2018, we still haven't had the chair back and Ms Kemp is not answering our phone calls, emails or texts and the shop is closed a lot of the time when it should be open. A little communication from Ms Kemp would stop me getting frustrated and annoyed at the poor service.
