Never answers the phone can never get to see any doctor
Complete waste of time never gets prescription right always things missing or not ordered , I have cancer and diabetes and still can t get an appointment within 5 days , so have to get my diabetes treatment and tablets from Birmingham hospital, they need to go to church stretton medical practise to see how it's run properly never a problem there
Have you change your telephone system if so it is rubbish. 4 times to day i have tried to get through and hung on for well over 30 mins each time no answer, I am on the phone now trying to get through still no answer and its now 9mins11secs. Either answer the phones or get a system that works.
Most of the receptionists are pleasant and helpful, practice manager wasn't helpful when I reported a Dr with bad manners and very rude. All other doctors are lovely.
MY FIRST VISIT TO THE PRACTICE VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY NEEDS AND CONCERNS ,VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED NOTHING SEEMED TO BE A PROBLEM VERY REASSURING STAFF ALL VERY HELPFUL
