First visit to Halfords Autocentre, booked online, so easy and clear to do, paid upfront for service and MOT. I was pleasantly greeted at the reception and all my paperwork was ready and waiting. Received a call a couple of hours later to say my car was ready to collect. So convenient and straightforward experience, will definitely use again.
Always excellent service whenever I use this place. It doesn't have the feel of a big corporate company but of a local garage with genuinely friendly guys working there.

Absolutely fantastic service, had work done on the car a couple of weeks ago and the cv joint snapped today they collected the car and fixed it free of charge as they worked on that area last even through it's not their fault it snapped. They couldn't get the part till after the weekend and have even lent us a car for my mother to be able to still get to work... used many mechanics in the past and I've never come across anyone who would go the extra mile they have today...
